Vintage Items
Returns Period
You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to return it for a refund.
We’re unable to offer refunds after the 60-day period.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused

In the same condition as it arrived
-
Ideally in its original packaging
How to Return Your Item
Please send your return to:

For sizing issues, let us know whether the item was too big or too small, and what size you usually wear

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your original order included free shipping, £3 will be deducted from UK refunds to cover the initial delivery cost.

For international orders, the equivalent original shipping cost will be deducted.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Until we receive your returned item, it remains the sender’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds apply to the cost of the item only.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Depop Orders
We do not provide refunds for items purchased through our Depop shop.
For any Depop order enquiries, please contact us directly on Depop.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product:

Follow the standard return steps above.

Include a note inside your parcel stating it is an exchange and what you’d like instead.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:

Check your original payment method.

Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.

Mystery Boxes
We operate a no-refund policy on opened Mystery Boxes.
However, we offer two easy options if you’re not fully happy with the items you received:
1. Free Exchange (Like-for-Like)
You can return your Mystery Box items to us and receive an exchange free of charge.
We will replace the item(s) with another product of the same or higher value, based on sizing or your feedback.
For example, if you received a sweatshirt worth £75 that doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange it for another sweatshirt worth £75 (or higher, depending on stock).
2. Store Credit Voucher
If you prefer not to exchange the items, you can request a store credit voucher for the full value of your Mystery Box order.
Simply complete the Mystery Box form you received with your order, or email us directly.
